|Recommended: YesJust Moved in — Just moved apartment was renovated nice and ready to go. Only thing broken in the apartment was the handle to the bathtub which just needs a screw. Other than that it's mostly quiet other than the dog next door and people have been friendly especially the staff
|Recommended: YesCedarwood Court — The apartment complex maintains indoor cleanliness very well, however outdoor weeds and not maintained well. The property is nice and the building materials, such as the new flooring, are easy to clean. Overall I enjoy living here.

|Recommended: YesGetting there — This complex has definitely come a long way since I moved in last April. I'm very satisfied with the new maintenance staff and office staff. I don't really complain about much but something needs to be done about the traffic coming in and out. People are going way too fast and do not stop if someone else is backing out of a spot or even walking across the parking lot. I was almost hit yesterday because another tenant was pulling out of a spot and almost drove into me head-on when I had the right of way. There are kids in here as well as dogs and I think speed bumps need to be placed or a speed limit needs to be enforced because it's getting ridiculous.
|Recommended: NoIt’s a roof over your head — I moved here from North Carolina and pay my rent on time before hand through the portal but when it comes to getting maintenance to come to your home for just simple issues it takes weeks. Also things get switched up on a dime the property doesn’t have the pool or fitness center operating, there’s holes in the ceiling that are leaking water and there’s gnats that come in just infest your home but it is what I call a roof over your head. The price just increase but I guess inflation high.
|Recommended: NoEntire place is in need of several repairs. — The entire complex is in need of repairs. Crime is getting worse since I moved in, going on 4 years now. No security systems in parking areas or building entrance. Drive by shooting this past winter and suspect ran into my building due to unsecured entrance doors. Plus, one of the main reasons I chose this place is because of the pool. I was told it just needed a couple repairs and it would be opening soon.
