How do I pay rent?
To make rent payments as convenient as possible, we offer several options. Our preferred method is through the Resident Portal or the Resident Portal Mobile App, which allows for e-check and credit card payments (please note that service fees may apply). To submit your payment, visit our community website and select 'Residents' to log in. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your preferred Android or Apple device to pay your rent. Additionally, we accept check and money order payments at our leasing office.
What kind of appliances do the Cedarwood Court kitchens have?
Our Niles apartments are equipped with an oven and refrigerator.
Do the Cedarwood Court apartments have in-home washers and dryers?
No, we do not have in-home laundry, but we do have laundry facilities in every building to make laundry a breeze!
Is there covered parking?
Yes, there is covered parking available.
What are the hours of the leasing office?
Our offices are open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm.
